Key Responsibilities
1.Leadership and Management
  • Develop and implement ITSM strategies in line with organizational goals.

2.Leadership and Management
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of IT services to meet customer needs.

  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements as necessary.

  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.

3.Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

4.Stakeholder Communication
  • Facilitate effective communication between IT and business units.

  • Report on service performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

5.Tool Management
  • Oversee the implementation and management of ITSM tools and systems.

  • Ensure the tools are effectively utilized and meet the needs of the organization.

Insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
