Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ITSM strategies in line with organizational goals.
Ensure the efficient delivery of IT services to meet customer needs.
Monitor service performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Report on service performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation and management of ITSM tools and systems.
Ensure the tools are effectively utilized and meet the needs of the organization.
Insurance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on leadership.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
